The Committee on Energy moves to amend the bill as follows:

On page 2, section 3, on line 42, after the “;” by striking the word “and”

On page 2, section 3, on line 44, after “transformers” by striking the “.” and adding in lieu thereof the following:

“;”

            On page 3, section 3, on line 47, after the “.” by inserting the following:

“; and” 

On page 3, section 3, following line 47, by inserting two new subdivisions to read as follows:

“(N) Tanks having a capacity of 10,000 gallons or less, containing sodium chloride or calcium chloride water for roadway snow and ice pretreatment, that are not located in a zone of critical concern.”
